Designed, developed, and shipped a fully playable solo game using Godot and Aseprite.
Built a production pipeline with phase-based scheduling, task tracking, priority management, and milestone planning to manage development from ideation to release.
Created and evaluated 3 gameplay prototypes through playtesting and post-test interviews before selecting the final direction based on feasibility and player feedback.
Managed scope under production constraints by cutting over 50% of planned features, refocusing the project on a single polished gameplay loop to ensure on-time delivery.
Published the completed game on itch.io, gaining hundreds of impressions and downloads.
